About

Emergency git backup CLI that pushes all local repos to remote in a single zero-config command. Multi-repo parallel execution, secret detection, dry-run mode, SSH key management, plugin architecture. Spiritual successor to qw3rtman/git-fire (4.5k stars). 43 tests. MIT licensed.

When you need to get out fast (fire alarm, disaster, anything), run git fire and every local repo gets staged, committed, and pushed to remote. No config needed. Works across multiple repos simultaneously. Includes secret scanning so you don’t accidentally push credentials in a panic.

For pulling everything back down afterward, I also ship git-rain: same multi-repo spirit, opposite direction.

Built in Go for zero-dependency distribution. The TUI uses Bubble Tea and Lipgloss for real-time progress across repos.
